Lari Kuhanen (born 1974) has a Master’s in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, including studies in the United Kingdom and Poland. After graduation he worked in the development sector (UNESCO) and as a university researcher before channeling his cross-cultural and linguistic skills into a successful one-man translation enterprise. He has been working as a freelance translator from English and German into Finnish since 2009 and lives in Hamburg, Germany.
